Your emotions are the key to achieving any state of being, any state of health, any state of wealth, or anything that you desire. You were born knowing that you are the creator of your own reality. However, when you integrate into society, you may begin to accept the same picture that others hold of the way your life should unfold. The creation of your life experience is entirely up to you.

You are eternal beings who have chosen to participate in this physical life experience for many reasons. This time-space-reality on planet Earth serves as a platform in which you can focus your perspective for the purpose of specific creation.

Basis of Everything

Well-being is the basis of all that is, and it flows to you and through you.

All you have to do is open, relax, and allow it into your being, like the air you breathe.

The reason why you have not already received what you desire is that you are holding a vibrational pattern that does not match the vibration of your desire. You can identify your discord by thinking or feeling about it.

Everything you have ever desired, whether spoken or unspoken, has been transmitted by you vibrationally. A source has heard and understood it and has answered. Now, you need to allow yourself to receive it, one feeling at a time.

You and the source are the same, and you cannot be separated from the source. The source is always fully available to you, and well-being is constantly extended to you.

Sometimes, you may be in the state of allowing this well-being, but other times you may not. The only form of resistance or hindrance to your connection to the source is offered by you from your physical perspective.

Reality around Us

You are the only one who creates your reality, even if you do not understand that you do so. For that reason, you often create by default.

You can create your reality without using your words. All you have to do is feel it in your being. That desire is the beginning of all attraction.

You never grow tired of expansion or creation because there is no ending to the new ideas and desires that flow. It is our desire that you become happy with what you are and what you have while eagerly desiring more.

You can feel whether you are allowing your full connection to source energy or not. The better you feel, the more you are allowing your connection, and the worse you feel, the less you are allowing your connection.

The thoughts that occupy your mind act like blueprints for your future experiences. When you are appreciating, you are laying the groundwork for positive experiences. Conversely, when you worry, you are using your imagination to conjure up something unwanted.

Thoughts are Invitations

Your thoughts are like invitations that attract experiences into your life, whether desirable or not. Your emotional state provides a gauge for the experiences that are coming your way.

When you feel blessed and expect good things, it is an indication of your level of allowing. In contrast, when you do not feel blessed and do not expect good things, it indicates resistance. You have the power to influence your emotional state and thereby shift the experiences that come into your life.

To withdraw your attention from one thought, you must activate another. You can consciously control your thoughts by focusing your attention on the ones that bring you positive emotions. This way, you can choose to shift your thoughts from a negative to a positive direction.

Your emotions are a reflection of your relationship with your source, and they serve as a guidance system for you. Once you understand the messages that your emotions are conveying, you can interpret them accurately and make course corrections as necessary. Your emotions are like a compass that points you in the direction of your desired experiences.

The dominant vibration that you emit is what attracts experiences into your life. If you predominantly focus on your beautiful new car, it will make its way to you.

However, if you predominantly focus on your unreliable current car, you will continue to attract experiences that reflect that vibration. Your focused attention has the power to activate the law of attraction and bring desired or undesired experiences into your life.

Whatever you give your attention to, that is what will become your “truth,” according to the law of attraction. Once you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, you hold the keys to manifesting your desires in every area of your life.

Your emotions indicate the strength of your desire, whether it feels good or bad. They do not create, but they show you what you are currently attracting into your life.

Control All Over

You have complete control over your life experience. If you are experiencing something other than what you desire, it is because you are focusing more on what you don’t want than on what you do want. The law of attraction is consistent and never deceives you.

Whatever you think about, you will attract into your life, whether you want it or not. When you expect or believe something, it is on its way. When you fear something, it is also on its way. Continuing to focus on your current thoughts and beliefs will keep your experiences unchanged.

When you ask for something, it is always given, but you must be in vibrational harmony with it to allow it into your experience.

Unwanted things cannot come into your life uninvited. Appreciation and self-love are crucial to nurture in your life.

Though there are many words to describe emotions, there are essentially only two: good or bad. Remember that your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are all connected, and you have the power to create the reality you desire by focusing on what you want rather than what you don’t want.

Processes that Help

There are processes that can help you manifest your desires with ease, and with practice, you will become more adept at recognizing whether your manifestation is close or still in the beginning stages. But before you can apply any of these processes, it is important to acknowledge how you are feeling right now and how you would like to feel instead.


Ask and It Is Given English

One process for manifestation is the appreciation process. Whenever you feel appreciation, praise, or any positive emotion, you are sending a signal to the universe that you want more of that. You don’t need to express this intent verbally – if you are predominantly in a state of appreciation, good things will naturally flow to you.

Magical Creation Box

Another process is the magical creation box. Imagine that you have a box next to your chair, and you are a powerful creator who can manifest whatever you desire by plucking it out of thin air and dropping it into the box.

You can put anything you want in the box, such as a beautiful house or a means of income, and the Universe will bring it to you as long as you don’t have any resistance towards it. If you drop something in the box that you do have resistance towards, it may take longer to manifest.

Ways to Manifest Your Desires

Your thoughts, feelings, and actions have a magnetic power that attracts people, events, and circumstances into your life. If you focus on what is, you will continue to attract more of the same.

But if you shift your attention to what you want, you will start to attract that into your reality. This is why it’s said that the better it gets, the better it gets; and the worse it gets, the worse it gets.

Remember that you don’t have to keep telling the Universe what you want. Once you’ve stated your desires clearly, the Universe begins to work on your behalf.

If you are surrounded by unfinished tasks, unanswered letters, incomplete projects, unpaid bills, and miscellaneous items, they can negatively affect your life experience.

Everything has its own vibration, and you develop a vibrational relationship with everything in your life. Hence, your personal belongings have an impact on the way you feel and your point of attraction.

Process for Your Wallet

Many people unconsciously focus on the lack of money instead of its presence in their experience. Even though they may identify things they desire, they hold themselves apart from their desires because they are more accustomed to noticing the absence of money.

Begin by obtaining Rs. 2000 and keeping it in your wallet or purse. Whenever you hold it, remember that your money is there and feel pleased about it. Remind yourself often of the added sense of security it brings you.

As you go through your day, take note of the many things you could purchase with that Rs. 2000. If you mentally spend that money 5-10 times in a day, you will receive the vibrational feeling advantage of having spent 10-20 thousand rupees.

As you acknowledge the power you have to purchase things or do things, your sense of financial well-being grows, and your point of attraction shifts.

Finding the Feeling Place

The finding the feeling-place process ensures that you are radiating a vibration that serves you, helping you realize what you are attracting.
